| Once we verify your insurance coverage we will then make arrangements as a courtesy or accept the insurance assignment. Most major credit cards are accepted and some payment arrangements show extended installments of 6 months or 12 months. Payment is expected at the time that services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. |
